Techno-Functional Consultant (Siebel- CRM)

Job description / Role

We are looking a Senior Siebel Configurator Consultant. The Siebel Consultant will have responsibility for the successful implementation, integration and configuration, migration consulting, training and mentoring.

- Analysis problem Solving- Investigates issues and conducts root cause analysis and comes up with various options to solve the problem. Creatively – Brings fresh insights to the team. Encourages the team to generate newer approaches.
- Problem identification, design, implementation, testing, deployment and advanced troubleshooting.
- Provide high- quality, technical documentation for customers.
- Work directly with customers to provide technical expertise with Siebel applications and other technologies.
- Siebel EAI, Siebel Administrations, Siebel Architecture skill
- Provide technical expertise in Siebel and relevant technologies and continually expand in technical knowledge by working with customers.
- Provide rapid response and resolution for critical technical issues.
- Set up Developers access to Siebel Tools, Coordinate check-in and check-out activities of Siebel projects on development server and support Siebel development activities.
- Develop e-script and java script, designs/ configures integration objects, business services, workflows and VBCs.
- Assist with design and prototyping of Siebel applications and with testing and bug fixing.
- Assist and provide guidance to systems admin during installation and configurations of Siebel servers.
- Troubleshoot and research issues as they come up during Siebel SDLC
- Assist technical team and work closely Siebel TAM, Siebel expert services
- Expert Level of understanding and experience in Siebel technologies.

Requirements

- 5 to 10 Years of experience in oracle CRM Siebel & ERP
- Hands on experience working on Siebel configuration
- Must have experience in order management module of SEiebel 8.x
- Understanding the business requirement and comparing it with the Siebel products suitability
- Siebel Configuration, e-scripiting, workflow ability to understand Business Issues/ Business goals related to CRM Siebel comprehensive knowledge of Siebel functionalities includes configurations, scripting, workflows, etc.
- Specific soft skills customer Focus – Constantly explores to conceptualize and understand customer needs and proactively delivers the best solution.
- Extremely work experience in Siebel Public Sector deployments.
- Good Understanding of Siebel architecture from a server/file strong standpoint
- Good understanding and experience with BI publisher administration.
- Preferably Siebel integration experience with Oracle IDM stack
- Experience with build automation/ optimization of Siebel administrative packages.
