Job description / Role
Our client is a leading Qatari construction company with an excellent reputation in the industry and a track record of working on some of the countries most high profile projects. They are currently looking to recruit a Testing and Commissioning Manager to work on a number of large building construction projects currently ongoing.
The role will involve management of the whole commissioning process of the electrical and mechanical installations from completion of installations through full testing and commissioning. As well as demonstration of the systems to the consultant team, integration of all systems, proving successful integration, handover and training of the facilities team.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in engineering and should be able to demonstrate at least 15 years experience of testing and commissioning on medium to large projects in the construction and MEP fields.
Candidates should be able to produce testing and commissioning strategy plans, forms, procedures, manuals and close out documents and should be an experience in mechanical, electrical and ELV systems. Candidates shall preferably have experience in NETA testing, NEC and American codes
in general.
