Transport Coordinator

Job description / Role

The role is responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating of day to day activities of Transport section drivers and vehicles.

Providing a single point of contact for drivers and customers.

Coordinate with third party logistics suppliers to ensure that all daily shift requirements are fulfilled and being provided in a timely and safe manner.

You would be required to work in a shift to ensure there is a 24/7 service given at all times.

Requirements

You need to hold a Bachelor Degree or an equivalent professional qualification with minimum 2 years of job related experience.

You will have an excellent ability to analyze and interpret the needs of staff customers and offer appropriate solutions within the ambit of laid down guidelines.

You will also have the ability to communicate effectively, and display strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse communities/ nationalities.
