Employment: Full Time

TS System Engineer (Aspect) - Qatar Airways - Doha

In this role you must have demonstrated competency in supporting main Aspect software 7.1 versions and above, Technical competency related to PCs, Networks, OS platforms, databases, telephony, software applications, third party trouble identification and ACDs. You must install, commission and support windows 2008 server OS. You must have the ability to Support VMWare ESX infrastructure and MS-SQL database.

You should be proficient in SQL queries and provide full support for Aspect contact centre applications. You must be able to configure Aspect UIP, AQM system configurations, end user applications of Aspect contact centre such as UAD, ADC, MDC, Enterprise monitor, Aspect RTR and Data views. You must manage and support telephony infrastructure (ISDN, SIP) on 24 X 7 roaster basis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must hold a Degree / Diploma level qualification and/or significant relevant work experience. You must be proficient in windows 7 operating system with a good knowledge of windows 2008 server for support activities. You should have hands on experience in Aspect contact centre infrastructure applications like UIP, UCC, URM, AQM, telephony technology (ISDN) and IP telephony protocols (SIP).
