Job description / Role
The role will be for 6 months contract with a possibility of extension.
Purpose of the Job:
- Project Construction monitoring
- Project Construction coordination
- Project Construction follow up
- Project Construction Control
Responsibilities:
- Follow up of compliance to HSE requirements by a sub-contractor and closure of HSE issues identified on site
- Participate to Construction Quality process follow-up (Construction Gate Review, 4M, Non-Conformity)
- Coordinate with sub-contractor all construction activities
- Site management (hand over & hand back)
- Prevent / anticipate conflicts with sub-contractor
- Ensure work sequencing is in line with the delivery of Project Master Schedule
- Propose construction schedule mitigations / actions
- Monitor and report construction progress
- Agree & validate with sub-contractor's Engineering team any site changes
- Ensure work permits process is in place for construction phase
Requirements
- Project management and warehouse construction background
- Good overall knowledge of construction projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict management and multi-tasking
