Vice President Sales, Marketing & Strategy - Qatar Executive - Doha

To support the continued growth of Qatar Executive, a senior position has become available for a highly experienced Business Aviation Professional to join our operations in Doha, Qatar.

As Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Strategy within Qatar Executive, you will be responsible for providing a world class service to QE’s customers through demonstrating exceptional commitment and a global proactive sales and business development focus. The position holder will be able to deliver customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long terms sales targets whilst developing the sales and marketing strategy, standards and commercial strategy

The role will be responsible for defining revenue budgets, sales reporting and execution of all sales and marketing activities to achieve both financial and quality targets. This will involve fully researching and developing market opportunities across all areas of QE’s business units. It will be vital to ensure a strong meaningful sales pipeline exists across the Sales Team developing and monitoring metrics and evaluating performance.

Inspiring, directing and developing departmental staff members will be a key accountability ensuring that a high standard of service and revue delivery is maintained

Alongside responsibility for classic business jet charter the VP Sales Marketing and Strategy is also responsible for aircraft management, airline charter, FBO and MRO Sales and Marketing Strategy.

Requirements

The chosen candidate will have a successful track record within aviation charter sales in an Executive Management capacity ideally with 10 years plus experience behind them. It will also be essential that you have had exposure in both sales and marketing to high net worth individuals and large corporate clients.

We are looking for an applicant that can drive global strategy from a senior leadership level, who has previously held the position of Vice President or Director Charter Sales (or equivalent)

The ability to build and develop key stakeholder relationships internally and externally will be a must alongside the adaptability to succeed in a fast paced, complex and multinational environment.
