Charterhouse is working with a leading utility services company based in Qatar that is looking to significantly grow its team. This organisation specialises in providing energy efficient and pioneering sustainable solutions in the market place. The company provides real estate developers with a comprehensive package of utility management including but not limited to: master planning, design of infrastructure, construction supervision and operation.

As Welding Inspector your core responsibilities will include the day-to-day supervision of construction works with a reporting line to the project Manager. You will monitor and inspect fit-up and welding of pipes. In addition, you will be involved in the scheduling of work to ensure deadlines are met whilst adhering to regulations.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree / Diploma in mechanical engineering and certification from an international authority as a Welding Inspector. You should also have a minimum of 7 years’ total experience to include experience in the GCC region.
