Welfare Inspector

Job description / Role

- Conduct Site inspections and checks for worker’s issues at the Accommodation and construction Sites and ensure adherence to the welfare requirements.
- Responsible for coordinating all functions relating to Workers’ welfare issues, ensuring proper arrangements and interactions between the Workers’ and their employers.
- Assist in developing and reviewing project welfare plan
- Facilitate the communication of worker’s welfare standards and requirements to project stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent (NEBOSH, Level 6)
- Minimum 10 years of post-graduation experience
- At least 7 years’ experience in Local Roads and Drainage
- Professional OHS Qualification certified by NEBOSH (IGC/NGC)
- Professional OHS Qualification certified by IOSH (managing safely and working safely)
- Required experience in GCC region, NOC Available
- Immediately Available
