AECOM are currently recruiting an experienced Work Winning and Marcomms Manager to join the Qatar team. The Work Winning and Marcomms Manager is responsible for working with technical leads/bid managers/directors and their teams to drive the AECOM Work Winning (WW) process throughout the pursuit to ensure a winning bid. They are involved in all steps from capture management and win strategy development, through the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and proposal submission to interview/presentation preparation and debrief sessions. The Work Winning and Marcomms Manager provides consistency through the process, is responsible for sharing lessons learnt and enabling continuous improvement in our process and bidding efforts. Use expertise on more complex projects and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective use of the WW process and tools, for all bids, to optimize the opportunity of winning.
- Facilitate and understand our win strategy and drive this into the bid.
- Facilitate workshops/meetings featured in the WW process.
- Identify all resources and skills required and ensure they are available when needed.
- Support, providing direction, challenge and motivation to the bid team.
- Manage the team’s input into client deliverables and bid timeline.
- Manage and maintain all bid documents and send them to the appropriate functions for response/review/signature.
- Ensure bid governance is actioned at the relevant stage in the bid process. Identify and share lessons learned as inputs to the continuous improvement of the WW process and tools.
- Assist in promoting and maximising awareness of the organization through effective development and delivery of PR strategy.
- Ensure the AECOM brand guidelines are adhered to in Qatar.
- Assist with production of press releases, press and media events, case studies, fact files and project launches.
- Coordinate media enquiries giving response in a timely and appropriate way.
- Liaise with the BD team in developing and delivering internal/external relationship building initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of prequalification and proposal materials.
- Assist when required by departmental project teams with advice/guidance in the preparation of bid documents.
- Contribute to the planning of official events, internal or external.
- Report wins, losses and maintain monthly management report on a monthly basis and when required.
- Assist all AECOM OPCOs on data collection for international submissions.
- Drive pre-qualification timetable with senior managers as required.
- Manage production and submission of all pre-qualifications.

- A minimum of 6 years in a similar position, supporting and facilitating bid work
