Employment: Full Time

Your experience working on matters within infrastructure, energy and natural resources is required by a leading Saudi law firm with extensive experience for delivering complex transactions across a range of sectors including Oil & Gas, Water and Power.

The firm provides an extensive range of legal services across corporate, projects, finance, structuring and capital markets. Within their Energy, Infrastructure & Power practice they cover license establishment, regulatory advice, commercial and trading contracts along with general corporate and commercial services.

They are now looking to hire an Associate to work within the Energy, Infrastructure & Power practice and handle the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of documents, client relationship management and business development activities with both existing and potential clients.

Requirements

As they have broad experience advising the full range of market participants and acting for government authorities, sponsors and lenders, the firm requires an Associate that is able to anticipate and understand any potential issues and problems that may arise during the course of a project and finding constructive solutions.

The key experience required for this role includes:
- A qualification to practice law in key jurisdictions
- 3-5 years PQE including relevant Energy, Projects or Construction experience
- An excellent academic background with a degree at 2:1 level or above

It is essential that you have strong networking skills and are able to maintain a polite and professional demeanour when dealing with clients.
