Job description / Role
- Conduct meaningful inductions, performance management reviews and personal development plans that support the development of individuals and the business
- Support the development and delivery of training and awareness sessions as required
- Attend and lead team and project meetings, cascade relevant information and encourage feedback from their team
- Lead by example and ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across their team and projects.
- Provide guidance and support the companies approach to Sustainability and ensure that the Sustainability strategy is implemented across the team
Requirements
- BEng /BSc (Hon) degree or equivalent discipline with minimum 10 years post graduate experience
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia experience especially with hospitals
- Member of associated Professional body
- C.Eng preferred although not essential
