Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Business Unit Controller - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

- Provide Financial Support to Sales and Marketing Leadership within the Business Unit.
- Analyze and Report net revenues, profit & loss and brand transformation on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Provide strategic planning process to support the business units long term projections, competitor analysis, and investment priorities to drive market growth
- Provide budget control, variance analysis, fixed cost and support with month-end close process for the business unit
- Provide analysis and financial information to drive business unit decisions for optimization
- Provide financial input and support for presentation to leadership team
- Plan and implement systems and processes to improve growth of business unit and company.
- Establish working rapport with business partners across the company.
- Prepare and forecast annual budget, capital expenditure, operating costs and present it to the senior management for approval.
- Present financial performance results and policies to business leaders of unit in order to take appropriate business decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors to plan and execute annual audit for business units.
- Manage units monthly financial closing activities
- Prepare Orders, PL, Free-Cash Flow and key balance sheet accounts monthly forecast and annual budget
- Prepare Units and Area monthly financial reports for management review, with analysis of performance and variance to budget and forecast
- Develop and improve efficient controlling and reporting processes at unit and area level
- Capex projects controlling : prepare business case, monitor and report on financial status
- Cost centers controlling, including annual hourly rates, allocations, overhead recovery rates calculation
- Supply chain controlling: standard cost calculation, analysis of variances, inventory optimization
- Participate in maintaining a sound internal control environment, in finance and supply chain processes, and support internal/external audits as needed
- Controlling and supervising the work in the finance department and establishing the procedures necessary to control other functions of the company.
- Drafting and uploading the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports according to the deadlines published by them.
- Handling all corporate finance management reporting.
- Preparation of the annual business plan.
- Prepare the calculations & studies required by the management to assist in sound decision making in using the companys financial resources.
- Ensure that appropriate internal audit processes and procedures are in place

Requirements

- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia based candidates ONLY
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5-10 years of progressive related experience within a fast moving consumer goods or related industry
- Proven track record of implementing strategies in a matrix organization
- Ability to balance short and long term business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate and participate in group meetings
- Need a strong and determined candidate who is looking for a new and exciting challenge
- 20,000 Saudi Riyal
