Job description / Role
Our client is a fast growing business based in Riyadh who form part of a larger group. Due to the successful tender of a major project in Riyadh my client seeks to recruit a hands on Commercial Manager to form part of their existing Management Team.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Lead major contracts and commercial functions across key projects
- Act as main contact for all key negotiations in regards to new client tenders
- Commercial Management of Sub-Contractors
- Oversee contractual letter and resolve any disputes
- Provide full P&L reports
Requirements
- Educated to degree level preferably within Electrical Engineering
- Extensive commercial contract knowledge
- Extensive MEP Experience
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills identify key areas for cost reduction
