Deputy Head of Construction Supervision

Job description / Role

Leading Regional Engineering Consultancy requires Deputy Head of Construction Supervision to play a key role in the senior management team in their Riyadh office.

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Plan, develop and implement strategy for corporate Construction Supervision activities s
• Monitor and report regularly to the HOD on corporate Construction Supervision
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of Construction Supervision performance
• Promote awareness and knowledge of contemporary Construction Supervision
• developments
• Establish and maintain, in coordination with HOD, corporate Construction Supervision
• management procedures and systems
• Maintain all standard Construction Supervision contracts
• Direct, support and monitor the performance of the Site Project Managers in all activities
• and issues related to Construction Supervision QA/QC and EHS.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering,
• Bilingual (English, Arabic)
• Minimum of 20 years’ experience since graduation in construction supervision of high-rise building projects
• 5 years of which should have been gained in a similar role in KSA or Arabian Gulf region.
