Finance Planning and Controlling Manager - Riyadh

We are in urgent need for a Finance Planning and Controlling Manager fro a major engineering company in Riyadh.

Lead the clients controlling function and community and as such:
- Design and deploy the proper controlling system and organization to properly monitor business performance according to the respective business nature and challenges.
- Set up a controlling community and set up costing system and practices leveraging internal/external best practice and lessons learnt.
- Build within finance a prime understanding of clients industrial/business processes in order to develop a recognized expertise in cost estimation.
- Own the alfanar costing academy.
- Design and deploy the proper reporting system considering business nature and challenges.

Own financial planning process and as such:
- design the financial planning process fully integrated in alfanar planning process.
- Coordinate and consolidate the alfanar divisions budgets.
- Consolidate financial risks and opportunities as part of the plan.

Own alfanar reporting process and as such:
- Drives the monthly internal financial reporting process. Sets the timetable for timely internal reporting and ensures agreement and compliance from the divisions.
- Consolidate alfanar financial reporting as per GAAP standard with related comments on a monthly and annual basis.
- Coordinates with internal and external auditors for the review of consolidated financial statements.
- Consolidate updates of risk and opportunities.
- Support business management and provide guidance and recommendation as far as controlling are concerned.

Requirements

- Bachelor in engineering + finance or bachelor in BA
- 10 years as financial planning and controlling in industrial business
- strong experience in costing and business controlling
- Leadership and advanced communication skills are mandatory for this function who has primarily only technical authority
