Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: To lead and develop AIMCO in line with the IYA Investment group strategy, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for driving AIMCO to achieve and exceed sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the vision, mission and culture of IYA Investment are cascaded across the company
- Develop the AIMCO business plan to grow the business in line with IYA Investment group strategy and present it for Board approval
- Implement the annual budget for AIMCO and for each department
- Set and agree individual objectives for all direct reports and ensure that these are in line with business targets and group strategy
- Monitor business metrics to evaluate the allocated business profitability and success and liaise with CEO to drive programmes which promote success
- Ensure that all operational resource requirements such as manpower, materials, equipment, and capacity have been considered aligned with the business plan
- Maintain a smooth flow of work between departments and act decisively in resolving any interdepartmental conflicts
- Hold regular operational meetings to maintain a detailed update of all activities and ensure the achievement of all objectives and targets
- Look for opportunities to improve performance through process improvements, technology upgrade, cost reductions and better utilisation of assets such as space and manpower
- Work closely with Head of Marketing and Communication to identify and build new strategic alliances and partnerships that will help the business to achieve its long terms strategic objectives
- Maintain a strong awareness of the external business environment and implement the recommendations that are made by Head of Marketing & Communication based on business intelligence
- Prepare and present monthly reports to the Board that clearly explain operational effectiveness and business activities
- Work closely with the IYA Corporate Services function to ensure services are provided in line with service level agreements and the requirements of AIMCO
- Liaise with HR to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with established labour regulations
- Provide leadership and management support across AIMCO focusing on all aspects of good people management and performance management

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Probation: 3 Months
Gross monthly base salary: Decided after interview
Other Benefits: housing allowance, Transportation allowance, Health Coverage,School Fees, Air-tickets.
Commission / Bonus: as per company's policy
Subordinates: Factory employees
Travel requirements: occasional within the country
Other interactions: External, ( Customers , Partners ,Suppliers ,Relevant Government ,and outside bodies). Internal: (IYA Board, CEO, IYA Corporate Services, and All Internal Departments)

Requirements

- Postgraduate degree in Business or related field, MBA proffered
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Minimum 8 years management planning and organizing and financial oversee experience
- Experience in Agriculture Industry
- Knowledge of Saudi Labour Laws
