NTS Group are currently working with a leading multinational manufacturing company to recruit a Head of Finance for KSA. This position will be reporting into the Head of Finance & Controlling based in Dubai.

Management and development of the finance function, ensuring that the long term strategic planning, cash management, budgeting and financing of the business contribute to the overall strategy for Saudi Arabia

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial structure and reporting according to company global standards, amend ERP system as appropriate
- Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts.
- Ensure effective internal control system (ICS) is implemented as per corporate standards in finance and other related functions in company.
- Cash flow planning as well as investment and financing strategy and activity planning
- Ensuring quality of work while meeting timelines for reporting.
- Managing treasury function including assessing the company's financing needs, hedging of multi currencies and identify suitable funding sources.
- Working very closely with Managing Director to support in day to day operations on financial matters.
- Preparing financial reports and active participation in monthly management meeting for accessing financial performance of company against targets.
- Support the implementation of companywide processes and controls, DoA
- Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet company goals for finance.
- Prepare & consolidate yearly budgets by collecting data and working collaboratively with other management team members for their respective area of operation.
- Participate in feasibility studies and investment evaluations
- Mentoring, directing, motivating, supervising and monitoring all members of the allocated team to ensure high performance levels are attained.
- Overall responsibility for all finance functions (purchase ledger, treasury, management accounts, credit control etc.), ensuring that internal controls and corporate guidelines are adhered to
- Overall responsibility for Capex Management.
- Acting as primary contact for internal and external auditors, tax partners, banks.
- Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks.
- Follow company business ethics policies adhere to the Company Code of Business Conduct along with all other corresponding policies, procedures and directives.
- All other duties as relevant to the post.

Requirements

- CA/ACCA/CPA/MBA qualified with at least 8-10 years of post-qualification experience
- At least 3 years experience in Management role of finance function in Multinational manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of ERP Financial Software is necessary; SAP expertise will be preferred
- Knowledge of KSA Laws, Guidelines, and directives is a desired skill
- General computer skills
- Strong communication in English is required and Arabic will be preferred.
- Excellent computer skills (particularly MS Excel)
