Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Design a consistent set of HR Processes, policies, systems and programs across
- Manage the Talent Acquisition function and develop the company resources database of candidates
- Managing implementation and on-going execution of performance & reward system
- Developing strategic HR professionals that can provide quality HR service across the company, which includes:
- Acquiring Talent, Developing their potential, and rewarding their performance, per company guidelines.
- Mange the implementation of (ORACLE cloud) ERP system.
- Align HR policies across the company.
- Implement ‘foundation systems’ and databases (e.g. people and job databases).
- Recruitment and quality of ‘people’ (succession, manpower, development).
- Satisfaction of Department Heads with HR services.
- Cost-effective execution of HR services.
- Implement and coordinate performance evaluation system and link compensation to evaluation.
- Implement a learning & Development section.
- Implementation of HR Business plans within the allocated budget.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Business or related field, with concentration in HR management
- At least 15 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Candidate must have experience in the construction sector
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Arabic
- Proficient computer user specially Microsoft Office package.
- Previous experience in dealing with ERP systems mainly ORACLE
- Up-to-date knowledge of HRM best practices
- Business/strategic orientation
