Job description / Role
- Develop employee restructuring plans.
- Develop the organizational human resources strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy
- Design the group human resources department structure, positions and process system in compliance to its strategic mandate
- Formulate HR Plans, Policies & procedures according to organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Should have experience in Restructuring
- Team handling
- Experience in HR strategy development, operations and administrative design and implementation.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable.(not necessary but preferred)
