Integration Engineer - Mobile Payments Services

Job description / Role

Integration of Dexxis solutions
- Based on the FRS and acceptance plan customize the different products with their subsystems
- Installation preparation: pre installation/configuration can be done in GTO office in order to prepare the hardware that will be delivered to the customer.
- End to End test and ATP run
- On site installation at customer premises – installation on dedicated hardware, tests on top of industial personalization equipment (CIM, Matica, Datacard, Evolis, Fargo, NBS, Muhlbauer,…), validation according to ATP, get acceptance.

Support and Maintenance of the Middle East customers – remotely and on site:
- Support activities based on Ticketing system
- Setup of customer profile and reproduce problem
- Find solution to solve issue
- Help customers to operate the solution
- Test solution on industrial personalization machines (CIM, Matica, Datacard, Evolis, Fargo, NBS, Muhlbauer, …)
- Follow defined the S&M process and SLA
- Be able to do customer training
- Advice improvements
- In urgent cases visit at customer’s premises is required

Requirements

- Education - Electronics/Computer Engineering or related fields
- Must acquire full autonomy in installing Dexxis solution portfolio (database, application server, network) and ability to configure the product
- Knowledge of databases: Oracle/MySQL
- Knowledge of development in JAVA
- Some knowledge about source management software
- Ability to use production machines during testing phase (Datacard, CIM, Matica, Evolis, ...)
- Knowledge about Smart Cards, EMV and cryptography
- Ability to learn new things quickly
- Autonomy in problem-solving
- Person needs to be responsible and well organized
- Fluent in English and ability to communicate effectively
- Fluent in Arabic
- Ability to travel in all Middle East countries
- Experience in direct cooperation with the external customer is mandatory
