Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading financial services organisation. Our client is looking to hire an IT Manager (Saudi National) to oversee operations throughout Saudi Arabia.
Based in Riyadh, your principal responsibilities will include maintaining and owning the stability of the desktop and IT infrastructure services in the branch. You will also be accountable for incident and problem management, this will involve being the owner of user issues and ensuring trouble tickets are updated and acted on appropriately.
In addition, you will coordinate frontline 2nd and 3rd level support and manage support escalations for all business units including set-up and support of the user desktop equipment and electronic mobile devices. You will also be the key contact for 3rd party vendors, maintaining relationships with key vendors and conducting regular vendor reviews.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in computer / information sciences with at least 5 years relevant experience. You should have an excellent command of written and spoken English. It is essential you possess demonstrable experience in both desktop and infrastructure support within a financial services environment. Only Saudi Nationals will be considered for this position.
