IT PMO and Quality Assurance Analyst

Job description / Role

We are urgently in need for a IT PMO and Quality Assurance Analyst for a major engineering company in Riyadh. The right person will have a clear understanding of the following skills.

- Understanding of the key Project Management processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management methodologies
- Experience with Agile project methodologies
- Experience with Six Sigma or related process improvement methodologies
- Experience in developing and managing IT change management and quality assurance processes
- Experience with one or more project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Deep understanding of business and IT processes
- Strong knowledge in one or more domains of SAP e.g. SD, HR, MM, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, standards and practices.
- Persistent, self-managing, results-oriented
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong experience in a consulting role working with both internal and external customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent skills working in a team as well as individually.

Requirements

- Knowledge and certification in either PRINCE2, PMP or both
- Strong experience in IT project management
- Experience in IT quality management implementation and operations
- Experience in IT resource management, performance management, value delivery, financial management and strategic alignment
- Exposure to IT service strategy development, service design, service delivery, service transition, service operation and continual service improvement
- Experience in compiling IT policies, procedures, baselines and standards
- Knowledge of and experience in IT governance principles, design, implementation, measurement and enforcement
- Knowledge of and experience with IT Business Process Management design, measurement, optimization and implementation
