JAVA Project Manager

Job description / Role

- Takes overall responsibility for the delivery of project operability as defined within negotiated and agreed milestones & service level agreements, service level parameters or contracts
- Single point of contact for customer to manage communications and escalations
- Monitor and Drive offshore team to deliver as per the contracted commitments and internal agreements
- Financial control of the project to control and improve the budgeted margin
- Improve forecasted revenue by way of CRs on top of the current contract (Working with the Architect / Designer for sizing the CR opportunities)
- Enforce QM in the project and ensure conformances with the established development and delivery standards
- Risk Management to foresee future issues and plan / execute mitigations for the same
- Drive Customer point of contacts to deliver to agreed commitments & escalation to timely customer governance to ensure no disruptions in delivery

Requirements

- Java development background
- Project Management Methodologies (PRINCE2, SCRUM, etc.)
- Total 8-10 years of project management of java projects
- Java development background
- Experience with agile methodologies (not mandatory)
- Preferably Arabic Speaker
