Job description / Role
- Manage and support the project team.
- Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies.
- Plan resource needs and escalate as required if there are resource requirements
- Work closely with line managers to ensure that Lead Office communication and design processes are continually improved
- Input into the Business Unit strategy and facilitate implementation across project team
- Attend team meetings and lead project team meetings. Cascade relevant information and encourage feedback from the team
- Lead by example and ensure compliance with company quality systems across their team and projects.
- Support the companies approach to sustainability and ensure sustainability is implemented where appropriate.
Requirements
- BEng / BSc (Hon) or equivalent discipline
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia experience especially with hospitals
- Min 8 years post graduate. Member of associated Professional body
- C.Eng preferred although not essential
