Project Manager

Job description / Role

Mackenzie Jones are looking to recruit a Project Manager to work for one of the Middle East’s leading Engineering Contractors, with a particular emphasis on Property.

The position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will be reporting directly into the Son of the owner for one of Saudi’s best known families.

You will be required to Project Manage the maintenance of their existing properties as well as oversee the construction of new projects on behalf of the client.

As well as running the operational aspects for the Maintenance of existing properties by implementing systems to cover all works for when the properties are either occupied or vacant, you will also be required to draw up detailed plans for each stage of all new construction projects signed off by the family.

Requirements

- A degree in either Civil or Structural Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience
- Experience working for a Major Contractor
- A property background in both Maintenance and Construction
- Fluent in English
