QAQC Manager (Building Services)

Job description / Role

Our Riyadh based MEP Contractor client has a requirement for an experienced MEP QAQC Manager to work on the Prestigious Saudi Forces Medical City.

Main responsibility:
- Responsible in the entire scope of the mechanical / Electrical QA/QC functions. ensure implementation of the QA/QC Manual and compliance to ISO 9001 for the works.

Reporting and authority:
- Reporting Directly to the Senior Project Manager

Scope of work:
- Understand and interpret Electrical & Mechanical installation documents
- Knowledgeable in Electrical & Mechanical engineering practices and ensures the installation is Installed in compliance with project requirements.
- Instruction of requirements to sub-ordinates
- CoOrdination with senior engineers for their requirements and priorities.
- Review and comment on installation procedures
- Preparation of qa/qc documents for inspections.
- Preparation of data and forms to record all materials delivered to site meet the site requirements and specification
- Plan and review activities and interfaces with other disciplines.

Requirements

- 10 yrs experience
- Degree (Mechanical / Electrical)
- BRITISH / IRISH PASSPORT HOLDERS

Skills:
- With a Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- With at least 10-15 years related experience in Commercial / Mixed use projects
- Trustworthy; With good moral character and professional integrity
- Hardworking; Can work with less supervision
- Computer literate; Has good communication skills
- With sense of responsibility and commitment
- Flexible; Can be assigned in various project sites.
