Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Quality Trainer to work for a Western main contractor on the Riyadh Metro Project in Saudi Arabia

The Quality Trainer is a key member of the quality team as he is tasked to communicate/deliver the requirements of the company quality system to those who perform the work.

The incumbent will be required to travel independently throughout the project and deliver training presentations to the delivery teams including their sub-tier contractors and suppliers. As the international workforce works will be spread out on a number of work fronts throughout the city of Riyadh, it will be a challenge to execute an effective training program.

Success will be driven by a passion to promote the knowledge of the accepted/agreed quality principles.

It is likely that the quality trainer will need to employ innovative training methods in order to effectively engage the workforce

Requirements

- 10 years post graduate work experience
- Project Management Certification
- Presentation skills – MS Power Point
- Able to operate independently
- Previous role as a trainer
- Construction background
- International projects
