Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Working closely with sales director & marketing director in regional office.

Responsible of Sales and Marketing strategies & policies implementation for KSA market to achieve the established regional sales & Marketing objectives. Also responsible on improving the quality of operations at the distributer & sub-dealers through implementation of Quality standards action plans to increase the customers repurchase intentions in KSA.

Key results/Accountabilities expected from the role
- Conduct market research/analysis, mystery shopping.
- Collect and analyse the specifications and pricing related activities & marketing related activities of the competitors in the market in order to assess the competitiveness of our products.
- Preparation of Monthly sales Forecast and Monthly Order Volume Analysis by order evaluation and feedback from the distributer.
- Monitor the distributer Channel wise sales and analysed periodically and proposing corrective actions.
- Work closely with the distributer sales & marketing teams to get actual feedback about the activities & support when required through periodic field visit to all branches & sub-dealers.
- Tactical Marketing Analysis for distributer activities.
- Keep database of the market distributers profiles, product information (for both our & Competitors) to use in business planning and market development activities
- Support in Fleet / Tender schemes and communicate relevant information to the regional office.
- Open independent communication channel & relationship with fleet KA & government sectors.
- Feedback all the government regulation changes or updates related to the industry.
- Ensure the distributer full adherence to the brand CI & DOS implementation.
- Support the regional office for ground marketing activities in KSA in coordination with the ME Marketing director

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business/ Marketing / economics
- At least 7+ years automobile sales & marketing work experience in managerial/ supervision level with proven track records in Saudi Arabia

- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, other languages is advantage.

Location/Travel requirement, salary and benefits.

This position will be based in Saudi Arabia, and intensive travelling would be required.
