Senior Electric Engineer (Hyder)

Job description / Role

- Supporting the design team from the Dubai Office whilst based in Riyadh with construction team
- Reporting to the Associate Technical Director (ATD)
- Production/reviewing of engineering specifications for tender purpose
- Production/reviewing of engineering design reports
- Providing leadership and technical advice to engineers
- Coordinating with other design disciplines for design integrity
- Reviewing projects to the requirements of Hyder QA procedures
- Acting as a Project Manager on project
- Acting as discipline lead on project
- Supporting with authority liaison & project approvals

Undertaking design/review of the following systems:
- Power systems (normal, essential and critical)
- Lighting & Emergency Lighting systems
- Fire Detection and Alarm systems
- Earthing & Lightning Protection systems

- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia experience especially with hospitals
- Min 5 years post graduate
- IEng or CEng degree
