Job description / Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Controls / Program Manager to lead a brownfield power project based in Russia.
We are looking for a candidate experienced in working in Russia, Kazakhstan or the The Caucasus in the development of construction projects valued between approx 50-400M USD.
Requirements
Candidates will have more that 10 years experience leading projects in the Power sector.
Core requirements:
Execution planning project controls contracting construction management commissioning
You must have the following critical skills and attributes:
Leadership analytics ability to foster cooperation/mediate negotiation skills
This is a Vice President level position.
