Employment: Full Time

This position is with the Boeing Saudi Arabia Limited, shared Services Group, International Business Support (IBS) to support Boeing entities in Saudi Arabia.

Under the supervision and directions of the local entity Business Support Manager and in coordination with IBS Team Lead provides all the required Administrative Support includes immigration services.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supports other administrative functions in support of the International Business Support (IBS) work scope in the region. Ensure office administrative operations are in compliance with government laws and regulations, company policies, and professional standards.
- Provides administrative support to the IBS immigration and compliance team including visits to government offices for visa, labor card, work permits, etc
- Maintaining reports and plans for company registration and certifications to include business licenses, commercial registration, GOSI, Ministry of Labor, Saudi Customs, etc.
- Assists international assignees with coordination of relocation services, visas and travel, etc. Compiles data and posts information to various electronic information systems as needed.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external personnel and customers. Compile and maintain office records per records management retention and information security policy and also ensures completeness and accuracy of data.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports, and provide employee and project information and statistics required for supporting other functions. Create, edit and maintain electronic and strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Develops a strong working relationships and partnership with business partners.
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of data. Commit to deadlines and ensure timeliness of tasks.
- Other duties and responsibilities are assigned by management.

Requirements

- High school diploma and typically 2 or more years' related experience on the following: Government relations and general understanding of in-country laws and regulations for labor immigration.
- Proficient in English and Arabic language: reading, writing, speaking. Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to retain composure and flexibility under pressure, to facilitate effective working relationships and workflow.
- Demonstrated professional qualities of integrity, reliability, confidentiality, initiative and the ability to work proactively with minimal.
- Professional with high service delivery and customer focus.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Methodical and thorough with a focus on detail and completion of tasks. Positive and proactive working attitude and high ethical and integrity standards.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills.

- Benefits and pay will be determined at the local level and are not part of the Boeing U.S. based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable KSA law.
