Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Develops cases by interviewing prospective clients; reviewing information with the lawyer.
• Keeping clients informed of case progress
• Gathers case evidence and documentation by preparing personal injury files; inputting information from medical records, statements of charges, client and witness statements and lost-wage documentation, filling physical copies; logging incoming mail and others
• Enhances lawyer’s effectiveness by monitoring case progress; alerting lawyer of issues requiring his/her attention; maintaining contact with providers, adjusters and opposing counsel; contributing information to the team case review; completing special projects; providing secretarial support
• Concludes cases by verifying outstanding balances; preparing settlement documentation and brochures
• Updates job knowledge by participating in education opportunities; reading professional publications
• Accomplishes law firm mission by completing related results as needed

(All mentioned duties above must be under direct supervision of a Partner Lawyer)

Gross monthly base salary: 5,000 - 7,000 (SAR)

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor or University degree holder
• Specialist knowledge: 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
• Legal/Law firm experience preferred
