Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose

This position exists to develop, maintain, enforce IT policies and processes, ensure security controls are adequate and manage security incidents/threats efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Key Accountability Areas

IT Risk Management:
- Support in annual IT risk assessment with all key stakeholders.
- Support in preparing dynamic IT risk scenarios as per alfanar business requirements.
- Dynamically manage IT risk process with inputs from day-to-day IT business issues, TechOps issues, IT audit reports, IT security consultant IT security compliance and monitoring reviews.
- Support in establishing IT security risk KPIs and KRIs.
- Support in establishing IT risk dashboard for different stakeholder requirements.
- Support in establishing IT risk reports as directed by IT security manager, IT management ITMB.
- Support in establishing providing input for IT risk results into IT business continuity process.

IT Security Governance:
- Establish IT security governance plan based on inputs from gap-analysis, IT risk assessment, IT management ITMB requirement.
- Develop, manage IT security policies which will cover all IT security requirements for procedures and managing their IT risk.
- Develop, manage ISO IMS required policies and procedures.
- Develop, manage all non-ISO related required procedures for IT security.
- Develop, manage IT risk framework including guiding IT management ITMB with IT risk rating appetite as per ISO alfanar business requirement.
- Develop, manage IT business continuity policy procedures as per ISO alfanar business requirement.
- Support other non-IT security policies procedures as requested by IT management.
- Develop maturity model for all policies and procedures.
- Develop all policies and procedures with inputs, outputs, RACI, KPIs, KRIs and resulting reports.

Compliance and Monitoring:
- Support in preparing annual compliance training program with all IT security team members.
- Provide compliance training and awareness sessions to required IT non-IT staff.

IT Business Continuity:
- Support in dynamically managing compliance for IT business continuity as per ISO 22301 and business requirement by planning and testing at least once a year.
- Support in preparing dynamic IT business continuity risk scenarios as per alfanar business requirements.
- Support in managing business impact analysis.
- Synergies all options to timely recovery operations as per BIA.
- Support in providing reports to IT Management on regular basis with KPIs and KRIs.

IT Security Consultancy:
- Review and provide guidance to GIT teams and business staff for IT security matters.
- Review assigned business IT projects as key stakeholder to ensure adequate IT security controls are implemented.
- Keep up to date with the latest security and technology developments.

Role Accountability

- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:
- Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Requirements

Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvement:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Any relevant field

Work Experience
- 4 to 6 Years
