Employment: Full Time

Job Description
- Apply technical knowledge (e.g. SAP, Java, .NET) to solve application issues with moderate risk/complexity.
- Analyze business application and data processing problems/limitations
- Working Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications (ARCS) or strong understanding of Hyperion Account Reconciliations
- Work with the client's executive and financial leadership teams to gather/analyze business requirements
- Identify business solutions necessary to expand/improve existing systems
- Utilize knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidations process to assist with implementation of customized business applications
- Identify and document designs in a business intelligence environment
- Work as part of a team to implement Hyperion business applications to assist with budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting
- Develop and modify rules to translate data into business reports Modify reports to provide efficient technical solutions for end users
- Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
- Contribute to projects from own responsibility area.
- Resolve most technical incidents independently within technical area.
- Work with team members to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents.
- Document known errors and workarounds.
- Identify potential escalations and alert management proactively.
- Manage basic escalations with customer.
- Independently review, implement, and verify changes/solutions of moderate complexity and risk to meet customer needs within area(s) of technical responsibility.
- Understand and escalate scope changes per change control process
- Provide continual improvement recommendations/direction setting and advice within work team.
- Balance internal needs against customer requirements and/or internal businesses/end user's needs within defined parameters.
- Work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multi-functional.
- Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
- Demonstrates basic understanding of business contract to support and meet contractual metrics and obligations in area of responsibility
- Analyzes service performance data involving response time, throughput, and utilization across all customers for standard services to detect trends and to generate forecasts of capacity growth.
- Provide solutions to prevent problems from occurring in area of responsibility proactively.
- Conduct analysis of data and trends to define changes to increase application reliability, reduce maintenance costs, etc.

Technical Skills
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skill, both verbal and written and ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner
- Experience with both ASO and BSO Essbase cubes, preferred knowledge of MDX
- Write complex Business Rules, multi-step allocations
- Experience in developing the different Hyperion Planning artifacts (dimensions, webforms, menus, reports, task lists, workflow)
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
- Apply knowledge in Hyperion Planning and Essbaseto deliver/develop solutions
- Work with Hyperion Planning versions starting from 9.3.1 to 11.1.2.
- Solid Functional Design experience - Designed the Budgeting System, Reports such as P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow and the enabled the Funds management capability in the budget
- Solid Technical Design experience - Designed the integration with the ERP (Oracle EBS) to pull the dimensions and trial balance data to Hyperion and budget write back
- Proven communication skills is must

Education
- MS / BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering
