Arab Sales Engineer

Job description / Role

Arab Nationals with Transferable Iqama Only

- Active support of the area sales manager with all sales and marketing related works
- Submittal and follow up of pre-qualification and other approval documents, samples,
- Active search for new projects and customers
- Active sales to distributors
- Lobbying work with focus on both short and long term sales objectives
- Timely qualification of the company and its products with authorities, consultants, contractors, distributors, applicators, etc… (Blanket and project approvals). Visits at least 1 consultant a week
- Constant monitoring of the construction market and gathering of prospects and leads
- Gathers market & competitor data in order to analyze business opportunities, competitiveness and help develop monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts and strategies together with area sales manager.
- Analyze market needs, trends and opportunities and develop plans together with the area sales manager to ensure revenue growth
- Participates to seminars and info sessions in collaboration with the area sales manager to raise the product and application awareness with authorities, consultants, contractors,
- Provide technical support and advice, both internally and externally, and ensure we are seen as a solution provider
- Works closely together with the rest of the sales team to maximize overall sales and shares sales data and leads as required to win as a team
- Follow agreed sales policies, practices and procedures in an ethical way
- Maintains a professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies,
- Spends 90% of the time outside the office and with customers

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Sales Engineer should have sales experience of building materials, Construction materials etc
- Vary good at English communications (Verbal, Written)
- Must be native Arab Speaker
