Arabic Quantity Surveyor - Fit-out

Job description / Role

• With an excellent portfolio of projects and influx of new work, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor in Riyadh.
• Candidates must have experience with Interior Fit Out projects.
• Day to day management and surveying aspects of the project
• Preparing tender documents, cost plans, estimates and bills including fee management, job costings and resource requirements
• Performing risk, value management and cost control
• Preparing, submitting and monitoring variations, advising site team of results
• Discussing and agreeing interim valuations and variations with subcontractors

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience
• Must have a Bachelor’s qualification
• Fit Out project experience
• Must be based in KSA
• Must have a transferable iqama
• Native Arabic
• Available to start immediately
