Job description / Role

Guildhall is working with a Global Contractor to assist in identifying a Master plan experienced Architect on a Mega Project in Riyadh.

They are now an organisation with no less than 29 divisions spanning the globe.

Due to the recent award which will factor concurrent projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they now have an outstanding opportunity for a Architect to be based from their Riyadh Offices.

Requirements

Experience architect working mainly with contractors with experience on Master plan drawing review, located in Saudi arabia with transferable Iqama. Project experience in Buildings; Hotels, Residential, Malls, Towers, Hospitals, Administration.

- Degree in Architecture
- 10 years design working experience
- Contractor background
- Must have 3-5 years minimum experience on Master plan drawing review
- Must Have a Transferrable Iqama or should be able to work on a Business Visa.
