Our Client is a Multinational industrial manufacturer looking to hire an Architectural Territory Sales Manager.

The Architectural Territory Sales Manager serves as the main point of contact in the construction market and is responsible for selling the company’s products to distributors and contractors, at the same time putting forward the strategy to generate and close sales opportunities that leads to orders and increased revenues while providing the highest level of customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and maintain a database of architects, contractors and distributors for the assigned territory.
- Conduct effective presentations to architects and customers and provide information such as product use, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
- Track new construction and renovation projects and develop an action plan to convert specifications to orders.
- Oversee the development of business, including increasing market share, improving product mix, increasing unit volume, closing major projects while creating customer value and competitive advantage.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be qualified with a relative degree and professional certifications. You should have minimum of 5 years experience in commercial building product sales field.

Those with experience in selling Glass and/or Aluminium products will be given first preference. You should have a good understanding of architecture materials and building products, strong communication and presentation skills as well as computer proficiency. Previous experience of CRM software is a plus. Candidates speaking Arabic between 30 - 40 are the most suitable.
