Area Loss Prevention Manager

Job description / Role

Our Group is looking for an Area Loss Prevention Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia. The Area LP Manager will deal with all Loss Prevention duties around the Saudi region.

This includes, but is not limited to:
- Investigation
- Annual Work Plan
- Risk Assessment
- Escalation of Incidents
- Training
- Stock Loss
- Loss Prevention Strategy
- Operational Store visits
- Guarding
- Security Equipment

The Area LP manager will Responsible for 3 LP Executive across KSA region (Damam, Riyadh and Jeddah) and well as H&S Executive role in Riyadh.

Reporting to: Group Risk Director (UAE Based)

Requirements

- Degree Education
- Minimum 5 years experience in Loss Prevention duties at a senior level
- Understanding of the procedures and best practice within Loss Prevention
- Previous retail experience within the field of Loss Prevention is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in managing a team of people
- Professionally discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Arabic knowledge is an advantage
