Area Sales Manager

Our Clients regional office is recognized as a dynamic, fast growing Emerging Market; comprising twenty four countries and headquarters in Dubai. They are part of a multinational pump manufacturing company including a line of products and solutions across the water, waste water industries; from Transport, Treatment, Dewatering, Aftermarket & Service and Building Water Solutions for MENA clients, consultants and contractors. They currently operate with a $4 billion global revenue and employ 13,000 employees worldwide.

As part of our growth strategy, our client is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to manage their sales within Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives through the promotion of branded products to a variety of customers within the construction, municipal and industrial markets. Other core responsibilities will be to implement marketing activities and product launches and maintain and develop relationships with colleagues across the organization to share market knowledge and business opportunities.

The Area Sales Manager main focus will be to develop strategic relationships with the consultants, contractors, and end-users in order to support business development. You will have the increased ability to successfully sell the products in Saudi Arabia by securing essential distribution channels.

Requirements

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering with a minimum of 7-10 years of related experience in the water and waste water treatment markets.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required for this role.

Experience with the pumping or adjacent industry combined with a strong technical sales and management background also required.

Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market preferred.
