Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Generate the sales report according to the schedule or on request.
- Send the sales report to the related staff.
- Analyze the sales reports and provide insights.
- Stores visits to all stores on request.
- Competitors visits and reports

Operations
- Scheduling the sales departments meetings, and reporting the meeting minuets.
- Follow up the implementation of the sales department’s policies.
- Updating the sales team users’ authorities in the AX.
- Follow up the Stores shifts plans on weekly bases.
- Follow up receiving the Area managers, Area supervisors’ reports on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
- Review the AM and SV plans and provide insights.
- Receive, review and comment of the stores daily checklists.
- Monitor the CCTV system to ensure the operational policies are implemented in the stores.
- Follow up the (TRNs, Movements) in all stores (shipping, receiving).
- Responsible for data entry (petty cash, IBAN requests, Stores commission’s approval requests …. Etc.)
- Handling the stores opening and closing projects.
- Arranging the daily shipments (dispatch – receive).
- Follow up the Sales manager’s emails and brief him on daily bases.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

- Good communication
- Good knowledge about MS office
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- Arabic Language is compulsory -Can read, Write and Speak
- Min 2 Years in Sales - Retail is advantage
- Be ready to travel
- Flexible to manage multiple tasks

As of April 4, 2014, the company counted 945 stores in Korea, 86 stores in the United States, 283 stores in China, 1 store in Canada, 5 stores in Philippines, 5 stores in Indonesia, 4 stores in Saudi Arabia, 2 stores each in Mongolia and Malaysia, and one store each in Cambodia, Singapore, Japan and Vietnam. The total number of stores continues to grow.

Our Expansion:

We have huge expansion plans in the kingdom and opening 20-22 outlets in 2016 in and around Saudi Arabia. With this expansion comes the requirement of manpower for the business extension.
