Asset General Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is one of Saudi Arabia's largest Mixed Use Real Estate Asset owners who are looking accomplished and experienced Real Estate Asset General Managers.

The General Manager has the overall responsibility for that asset or group of assets.

You will be responsible for the management of key functions across your asset or group of assets including:

- Facilities Management
- Health, Safety and Environmental
- Customer Service
- Tenant Relations
- Leasing
- Project Management

Your main objective is to ensure that properties run seamlessly and that the tenant/guest experience is 5 STAR.

Requirements

You will also be responsible for the Property Operational Plan and the property ops budget.

We are looking for candidates to be based across KSA:

- Riyadh
- Jeddah
- Dammam
- Khobar
