Responsible for managing the regulatory framework, strategies, and oversight for asset management within the region
Client Details
Our client is a Saudi Arabian government entity focusing on developments around a region of historical and cultural significance. They are currently seeking a candidate in asset management. The role will be to run the operations of newly built properties in the region. This will be a client-side opportunity (working for a government subsidiary).
Description
* Responsible for managing the regulatory framework, strategies, and oversight for asset management within the region
* Understanding of leasing and pricing in the area and how it would be set up
* Creation of an asset register

Requirements
* Middle East experience; particularly Saudi Arabia
* Asset Management for large-scale mix-use developments
