We have a requirement for Assistant Bid Manager – Facilities Management – Service Provide - Riyadh, KSA.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Sector: Facilities Management
Our client, a large scale integrated Total Facilities Management organization is looking for an Assistant Bids Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia.
The role will be based in Riyadh. The successful candidate should have experience in analysing and evaluating tender documents for both Hard and Soft Services, coordinate with Division Head to identify the risks and bid decisions. Participate in pre, mid and post bid meetings. Ensure maximum efficiency of the cost. Estimate required resources for Hard and Soft Services as per RFP. Finalized estimation and consolidate tender documents for review and approval.
Requirements
Requirements/Experience/Qualifications
• Minimum 4–5-year experience (preferably in KSA/GCC)
• Strong knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skill
• Should have relevant educational qualification
• Attention to detail; organized
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and schedule work within a flexible approach to working patterns.
