Job description / Role
Aquila Consulting are working in partnership with an international System Integrator based in KSA. Due to growth and opportunity in the region within the Security Solutions and ELV sectors, they have an opening for an Assistant General Manager.
An expert in Integrated Security Solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers etc, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Developing a strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives for the Security Solutions and ELV sector
- Increasing management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
- Accomplishing subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Coordinating efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Requirements
- Will have a strong background in Integrated Security Solutions based in KSA and be a qualified engineer in Electrical/Electronics/Communication
- Must have experience as a Project Manager/Operations Manager or Assistant General Manager, ideally in a Systems Integrator
- Will be well networked throughout the Kingdom and have a strong awareness of best business practice within this challenging sector
- Will have strong commercial and financial acumen as well as excellent leadership skills
- Ability to drive both sales and technical teams across the kingdom
- Must be able to read and write fluently in Arabic and English
Package: Negotiable dependant upon experience but in the region of 35,000 - 40,000 SAR + Commission + Benefits
