Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Profitably Grow a Portfolio of High Volume & Complex Chain Accounts through Annual Business Plans while building skills of direct report(s).

Sales:
- Establishes Credibility and Expertise with Business Partners by understanding key dynamics & business drivers within Modern Trade.
- Drives Negotiations and Business plans through Consumer Research,, Dairy Category Sales Facts and linkage to Danyas Annual Business Plan.
- Develops Danyas partnership with various accounts & profitably grow the business within the company's overall strategy.

Financial:
- Acts as a Business Manager by Preparing and delivering Sound Economic Modeling and Tracking of Customers P&L.
- Negotiates BDAs within Danyas Budgets and Strategies & conduct business review.
- Works with Finance teams to ensure that Customer/s are sufficiently credit funded and are Payment compliant with BDA Terms.
Manages reconciliation of accounts with customer nationwide.

Administrative
- Develops effective Sales Rep & Merchandising call plans that warrants appropriate contacts are made on the agreed frequency.
- Collaborates with Marketing department to develop Annual activities/initiatives calendars for various account sin line with the Danyas annual Marketing platform.
- Complies with Danyas SOPs & Best practice Tools.

Execution:
- Works with Supply Chain & Trade Marketing to manage a smooth availability of products & flow of deliveries to customers basis monthly forecasts.
- Liaise with Senior Management & Marketing to develop account specific standards for Order Taking, Delivery, Merchandising, Product Range, Promotions, Pricing & Equipment.
- Maintains some physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution and adherence to agreements.

People:
- Close cooperation & alignment with team members across all depots to share in & deliver on all above Accountabilities.
- Builds direct reports skills & competencies through consistent periodical coaching & personal development.

Jobs Scope
- Responsible for a numbers of National Key Accounts 3-5 Accounts.
- Customers P & L Responsibility
- Cross Functional / Company Collaborations involved.
- Reports to Senior Sales Manager

Requirements

- Arabic / English speaking
- University Graduate
- Computer Literacy
- Prior Supervisory Role with people responsibility (minimum of 2)
- Self motivated
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle & manage multiple tasks at one time
- Prior FMCG Experience
- Key Accounts Management experience of no less than 5 years
- Handled Consumer Brands with Scale
