Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Ref: NP447-1492

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A Saudi National is required for our global professional services client, as the role of Assistant Legal Counsel will be based in the exceptionally busy Riyadh office. Working closely with the legal and commercial teams you will be involved in all client contracting matters across a broad range of industries including both private and governmental organisations. Conducting extensive legal research and assisting in the drafting, revising, and finalising of critical day to day legal operations you will be expected to review NDAs, NRLs and RFPs and ensuring accurate tracking and filing of such. You will therefore be exposed to highly confidential documents on a regular basis, where a great deal of discretion is required.

This global organisation has an excellent reputation for internal growth and career development, so the successful applicant will be expected to have a highly proactive attitude and remain focused and committed to the role for their own legal career longevity. As this role is based in Riyadh, we can only accept applications from Saudi Nationals in order to meet the governmental Saudization requirements.
