Job description / Role
Based in Riyadh, our Client is looking to hire an Assistant Manager in the Deals Support division. This role will include a wide range of deal-related services to clients, while achieving an increase in work and business across the economic and deal cycle.
Responsibilities include:
* Building, commercializing and sustaining relationships with the clients
* Leading and managing engagements of medium size but with high complexity
* Demonstrating a complete understanding of integrations, carve-outs, and other types of transaction engagements
* Identifying and managing risk
Requirements
Key Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience
* At least 4 of those years are spent in a Big4 firm
* With at least 3 years of relevant experience
* Report writing skills as well as analytical skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
* CPA/ SCOPA/ CA/ CFA or equivalent
