Job description / Role
Our client, an internationally renowned and well respected advisory firm is looking for Assistant Managers / Managers with Transfer Pricing experience to join their Saudi Arabia Transfer Pricing team which provides a wide range of services for many of the world’s largest multinational institutions.
We are looking for self-starting individuals who are happy with responsibility and want to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing in a similar position with the Big Four and will be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of tax services for multinationals in multiple jurisdictions. Identify and address complex domestic and international tax issues and assist them in strategically aligning different areas of taxation.
- Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
- Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business.
- Develop budgets, determine resource requirements, and direct / monitor engagements; proactively seek opportunities to provide tax services; challenge traditional procedures used in the past; and attempt to find new approaches.
- Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations.
- Monitor tax law changes relating to transfer pricing and collaborate with regional teams across the global transfer pricing network.
- The base salary on offer will be dependent on the level of experience the individuals possess. There are flexible benefits and the opportunity for performance related bonuses.
Requirements
- Previous Big Four experience is a must.
- A track record of delivering quality work for clients; demonstrating an understanding of the client's business and relevant professional standards and maintaining respectful client relationships.
- An ability to plan and deliver work against tight deadlines.
- An ability to promptly address problems and maintain professional standards.
- Developed communication skills, specifically in negotiating with and influencing others.
- An ability to take advantage of new opportunities for learning, sharing new knowledge; being intellectually agile and able to think creatively.
- An ability to collect and utilize current, role-relevant business and industry trend information.
Desirable Skills
- An ACA or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
- Background in economics and/or an MBA desirable but not essential
