Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the largest groups in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was established in 1954. They are currently looking to recruit Assistant Manager/ Senior Financial Analyst for their investment sector

Reporting Line: Director of Investment/ Head of Investment

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct detail due diligence of Investment Opportunities.
- Prepare Information Brief or Presentation on target company’s financial and operating performance, forecasted results and fair valuations using absolute (DCF, DDM etc.) and relative (P/E, P/S etc.) valuation techniques, and perform sensitivity/ scenario analysis with a final goal of giving BUY,SELL or HOLD recommendations.
- Develop and update financial models for forecasting and reporting purposes on target companies.
- Conduct secondary research on economy/sector/industry/company.
- Give presentations to the Management or Investment Committee on the overall economic and market situations.
- Deliver presentations regarding individual companies expected performance and valuation.
- Develop investment models for investment purposes.
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and analysis as required by management.
- Post investment monitoring of investment accounts.
- Assist in evaluating private equity investment opportunities.
- Go through the investment agreements along with the senior management and Company’s lawyer
- Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamental algebra, fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions during research studies

Requirements

- Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the Investment Department or the Research Department of an Asset Management Company.
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics.
- Must be Fluent in English and Arabic Language.
- MS Office.

The nature of Job may require traveling or occasional extended working hours.
